Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unusual activity, equipment issues, and/or policy violations in accordance with site protocols.; Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and general questions, and following post orders for assigned areas and shifts.
