Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Meridian, ID (Onsite)
Compensation: $25–$29/hour

Position Overview:
CV Resources is partnering with a growing HVAC company in Meridian, ID to identify a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support their accounting team. This is a full-cycle AP role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume processing and collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, and approval workflows
• Perform 2-way and 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
• Process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
• Partner with internal teams (service, purchasing, project management) to resolve invoice and payment issues
• Maintain organized and accurate AP records and documentation
• Assist with month-end close, including accruals and AP aging
• Support 1099 preparation and year-end reporting
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies

• Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Experience in HVAC, construction, or a service-based industry strongly preferred
• Familiarity with purchase orders, job costing, and subcontractor invoices
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Viewpoint, or similar)
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
