Summary
Braintree Group, LLC, a rapidly growing management company, is seeking a team oriented individual to fill the position of Property Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and long-term care of the Althos Building in Boise, Idaho. This role is responsible for ensuring the building is safe, compliant, well-maintained, and operating efficiently through proactive maintenance, vendor coordination, and regular inspections. This position requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to work independently, and a hands-on approach to facilities management in a commercial building environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the Althos Building
• Develop, implement, and manage preventative maintenance schedules
• Complete and document building work orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Conduct routine inspections of the building and surrounding areas
• Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance
• Obtain pricing, bids, and cost estimates for maintenance services as needed
• Assist with tracking and managing maintenance budgets
• Maintain working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, and mechanical equipment
• Ensure all fire, safety, and regulatory inspections are completed and deficiencies corrected
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA requirements, and company policies
• Assist with building security and respond to emergency situations during and after business hours as needed
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; order as necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate maintenance needs, risks, and recommendations to leadership
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety)

Qualifications & Experience
• 0-3 years of building maintenance or facilities management experience
• Experience working with vendors and negotiating pricing or service agreements
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and local building codes
• Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required
Salary Description
$55,000 - $60,000
