ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Early morning shifts

Constantly move throughout the kitchen under varying temperature conditions

Execute effective communication skills

Receive orders from suppliers

Properly organizes and rotates supplies

Organize and maintain food storage areas

Set up line and completes line check

Regularly operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools

Constantly monitor and maintain food standards for recipe production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety

Support team members including leadership

Exude positive attitude under stress

Contribute to a fun and professional work environment

Ability to execute follow-through

Requirements

• LOVE for the restaurant industry
• Ability to follow detailed directions
• Ability to follow standard restaurant procedures
• Ability to prepare food according to specifications
• Ability to maintain standards in food and beverage quality
• Ability to safely utilize a variety of kitchen tools and machinery
• Ability to be highly organized
• Ability to clean and maintain a safe work environment
• Ability to uphold company policies
• Ability to contribute to a fun and lively atmosphere
• Ability to operate in different positions throughout the restaurant as needed, including: cashier, floater, expeditor, line cook, prep cook, and dishwasher
