Trinity Health - 1055 North Curtis Road - Responsibilities: Maintain visual observation of assigned patient(s) at all times; Verbally redirect patients from engaging in at-risk behaviors; Document observations on the observation flow sheet every 15-30 minutes; Participate in the handoff of pertinent information to fellow staff members; Assist licensed nursing staff with care and seek assistance when a patient poses a threat
