Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Job Title: Welder/FabricatorJob Description
We are seeking a skilled welder/fabricator to join our shop in Nampa. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and a 3G Welding Certificate is preferred. This role primarily focuses on fabrication, offering an excellent opportunity for those looking to immerse themselves in full-time welding.
Responsibilities
- Perform sheet metal fabrication tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure precise fabrication.
- Utilize MIG welding techniques to complete welding projects.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as a press brake and flux core welders.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- 3+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Skilled in MIG welding techniques.
- 3G Welding Certificate (preferred).
- Experience with grinding and metal cutting.
