A typical day as an Assistant Manager of Credit Operations includes:

  1. Credit and Collections: Boost growth and revenue by effectively communicating with customers and managing account collections.

  3. Deliveries & Pickups: Ensure safe and compliant loading/unloading and installation of products, reflecting your positive spirit.

Your qualifications for this role should include:

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or collections
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 25 years or older with a valid state driver's license and a clean driving record, as you will be using company vehicles
  • Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
