responsibilities:

• Lead strategic early engagement and vendor selection for high-complexity therapeutic areas and portfolios.
• Manage partnership-level escalations and oversee internal communications regarding vendor performance and risks.
• Oversee the review of complex vendor contracts and study specifications to ensure enterprise-level compliance.
• Drive the development of partnership standards and training efforts to be utilized across the organization.
• Identify and lead partnership enhancements and TA-wide change management initiatives.
• Analyze complex business problems and data sets to implement innovative, long-term operational solutions.
• Deliver Just-In-Time (JIT) training at key milestones and lead comprehensive multi-study lessons learned.

qualifications:
Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Science, Health Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of clinical development experience in a regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
• 5+ years of experience managing third-party vendors (specifically global vendors).
• Advanced Central Lab Subject Matter Expertise (SME).
• Mastery of standard business procedures, including SOPs, ICH, and Global Regulations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal negotiation, and communication competencies.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives to achieve time-sensitive objectives.
• Advanced ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making at the portfolio level.
• Experience in designing and implementing innovative solutions for high-complexity business problems.
