Merrill Gardens - 2600 North Milwaukee Street - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care; Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided; Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed. (Chart by exception); Physical requirements: lifting up to 75 lbs and assisting with resident care; Support residents with daily mobility and care activities as needed
