Job Title: Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator
Pay: $22 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: York, ME
Start Date: Immediate Opening

A well-established Oil & Gas company in York is seeking a dependable Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join their office team. This role is ideal for someone with experience working in a service-based office environment who enjoys helping customers, coordinating schedules, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing incoming calls, coordinating service requests, and assisting with payment processing and office administration.
What You'll Do

  • Answer and manage high-volume incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient dispatching
  • Assist customers with service inquiries, updates, and general support
  • Process payments and maintain accurate customer account information
  • Enter and maintain records within company software systems
  • Support general office functions including document management and communication between staff and customers
  • Maintain clear and organized records to support daily business operations
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
  • Previous office experience in a service-based industry such as HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, or home services
  • Experience working in a busy office with frequent customer phone calls
  • Comfortable handling payments, invoices, or customer account transactions
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems
Preferred Experience
  • Dispatching or scheduling technicians in a service environment
  • Experience working with customer management or service software platforms
