Pingman Tools is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help drive the next stage of PingPlotter's growth. You'll play a key role in expanding our footprint in remote work environments—especially contact centers—and growing our SaaS presence in new industries.
We're in an exciting stage where we've found product-market fit in key segments, but our biggest opportunity is expanding outbound prospecting and scaling the sales motion. Early on, your focus will be outbound prospecting—building pipelines, generating new conversations, and helping us open doors into target accounts. As you ramp, you'll grow into full-cycle ownership of deals from first touch to close, helping shape our sales approach as we continue to grow.
You'll work directly with sales leadership, learning our markets and message, testing new outbound tactics, and helping convert more remote-first contact centers into PingPlotter customers.
