As a Senior Contracts Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with federal and state contracts. Your expertise will significantly enhance our organization's operational integrity and efficiency. Join us in making a positive impact!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the tracking and management of compliance across all areas outlined in contracts and vendor agreements.
• Compile and present comprehensive compliance reports and analytics to clients, project teams, and corporate stakeholders.
• Oversee monitoring and reporting on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal delivery standards.
• Facilitate meetings with subcontractors, vendors, and third-party auditors to maintain high compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain business continuity, disaster recovery, and document archiving reports.
• Supervise external audits and quality assurance audits conducted by vendors.
• Provide regular updates on compliance status to project management teams.
• Ensure that staffing, operations, and quality management plans are systematically updated and aligned with current needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in contract management.
• Advanced degrees or professional designations are preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements is required.
• Experience with state appeals processes (IDRE) is a plus.
• Proven experience supporting proposal development, including RFP analysis and compliance reviews.
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in contract management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic work environment.
