Full-Time Barback

Chandlers Prime Steaks | Fine Seafood is Boise, Idaho's premier fine dining restaurant, known for its exceptional cuisine and outstanding hospitality. We take pride in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, and we are now seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Delight our guests with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations at every opportunity.
• Foster a positive and respectful work environment by collaborating effectively with fellow team members.
• Exhibit strong organizational and efficiency skills to handle fast-paced service with precision.
• Possess a deep understanding of food and beverage to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
• Embrace a continuous learning mindset, staying up-to-date with industry trends and refining your craft.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays, to accommodate our guests' needs.
• Assist bartenders with stocking and closing.

Qualifications:

• Passion for hospitality and a genuine love for food, cocktails, and fine dining experiences.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food and beverage best practices and a desire to expand your knowledge in the field.
• 1 year restaurant experience, preferably in an upscale cocktail bar.
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
