Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour WORKING AT OUR CENTER: We see ourselves as teachers, educators, and leaders and believe we have one of the most important jobs in the world! Serving and disciplining the future generation! We provide care for children ages 6 weeks up to 12 years old, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM- 6:00 PM. We are one of the highest-rated childcare providers on Google in Boise! Our teachers base their monthly lesson plans on a preschool curriculum called ABC Jesus Loves Me, which is designed for ages 2-5. Teachers are encouraged to plan field trips whenever possible to support learning, request supplies needed for classroom and curriculum purposes, and participate in the annual Christmas Program! Schedules can be flexible, and we offer both full-time and part-time positions. Each new hire is taken through a training process to familiarize them with working at our center and welcome them to the team. But we don't stop there! We provide ongoing daily support to all of our teachers, and we are there for you to collaborate, brainstorm, and set goals to take you to the next level of your career!
