Shift:Description:POSITION PURPOSE - The Mission Leader provides leadership as part of the local leadership team(s) and/or the Health Service Area (HSA) leadership team, ensuring the successful integration, assessment and on-going development of mission in all of the ministries' activities, decisions and strategies. The Mission Leader is responsible for the implementation of Mission activities and Mission Essential Services, in alignment with System-level Mission Integration strategies, operational plans and priority objectives, including formation for all colleagues, ethics and implementation of the Promoting Catholic Identity assessment program (PCI). In addition, the Mission Leader collaborates with the Spiritual Care Manager to ensure the full integration of chaplaincy within the ministry.
