Responsibilities

Production

• Create doughnuts that align with Krispy Kreme's quality standards.
• Prepare all necessary ingredients for doughnut production, such as brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings, using established recipes.
• Follow a detailed production schedule consistently, aiming to minimize waste.

• Operate doughnut-making equipment while following the guidelines set in the Production Specialist Employee Training Manual.
• Utilize processing equipment as per the standards outlined in the Processing Specialist Employee Training Manual.
• Apply basic troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques effectively.

• Maintain a clean and professional uniform at all times.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Implement 'clean as you go' practices to ensure a tidy work area.

• Promote teamwork and collaboration with fellow crew members.
• Exhibit a courteous demeanor towards both colleagues and guests.
• Collaborate with management to enhance performance and introduce new initiatives.
