Role Overview

Join our team as a Customer Service Operations Specialist II, where you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient order processing and support. You will handle customer orders, coordinate with various teams to resolve issues, and ensure a smooth operation in our customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process and manage routine customer orders by utilizing SAP and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of all orders.

  • Respond to inquiries from internal customers regarding order tracking, back orders, and product availability.

  • Identify order delays and proactively communicate resolutions with a focus on improving customer experiences.

  • Analyze order issues using internal reporting tools to gain insights into causes of delays and inventory shortages.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Planners and Customer Service Representatives, to address customer concerns effectively.

  • Coordinate international shipping and special order requirements in collaboration with Quality and Global Trade teams to uphold compliance standards.

  • Manage orders for product samples and trials, collaborating with Marketing to meet specific criteria and objectives.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is preferred.

  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Compensation: Anticipated hourly range is $15.75 - $18.50. Bonus: Not eligible. Benefits: Cardinal Health offers a range of health and well-being support, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and 401k savings plan, among others.
