Experience with GE anesthesia machines and Mindray

Description:
This position is for an Anesthesia Technician to support surgical services.
The role involves cleaning anesthesia machines, setting up circuits, and conducting anesthesia machine checks.
Candidates will also be responsible for wiping down machines, managing inventory, and restocking supplies.
Moving items to required locations and multitasking is essential.
The technician will not start IVs but will assist in setting up for arterial lines and supporting the CRNA.
Responding to codes, including OB Stat, Anesthesia Stat, Trauma, and Stroke Alerts is required.
A welcoming environment is present, and support is available for all staff.
Flexible travelers with a positive attitude are sought.
Candidates should be open to working in a high-demand, fast-paced setting.
There is an opportunity for weekend shifts and holiday work unless prior time-off requests are approved.
Call may be offered but is not required, with a 30-minute response time for those on call.
There may be rare instances where floating to other facilities is necessary, but it is uncommon.
Scrubs will be provided, and candidates need to bring their own OR shoes.
Unit-specific orientation will include three shifts in the department.
