Lead and oversee the development and administration of ITDs agency-wide Records Management Program, ensuring alignment between Headquarters and District operations. Collaborate with ITD executives, attorneys, legal staff, and section managers to identify, classify, and retain official State record materials applicable to departmental operations. Design, implement, and improve workflow processes related to records management across the Department. Lead and support records management activities including collection, indexing, storage, retrieval, inventory tracking, and lawful disposal of State records. Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of State records maintained in ITD custody. Coordinate the transfer of records with long-term historical value to the Idaho State Archives in accordance with approved retention schedules.
