We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planner/Scheduler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a Planner/Scheduler, you will play a key role in optimizing production efficiency by creating and maintaining production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products, and coordinating resources effectively. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review work order requests with management
• Generate daily and weekly PM's
• Daily data entry of Work Performed, Work Orders, and PM's
• Create and issue part kits for projects/work orders
• CMMS system management
• Assist Maintenance Technicians with CMMS stock identification
• Monthly CMMS financial reports
• Monthly inventory counts
• Quarterly physical inventory
• Schedule reoccurring PM's (3/6/12 month)
• Generate weekly and monthly reports
• Maintain stock of PPE and supplies for production
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining seasonal facility maintenance
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications we are looking for:

- Proven experience as a Planner/Scheduler in a manufacturing environment

- Strong understanding of production planning principles

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Detail-oriented and highly organized
