Job Title

Duties:

  • Audit new employee employment paperwork and document findings.
  • Provide support for a large filing project by scanning documents, creating and organizing electronic files, and auditing files.
  • Assist the HR team with talent acquisition by providing administrative support for interviewing, onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure accuracy of employee data while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Provide other human resource assistance, as necessary.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, business or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information required.
  • Ability to work independently supported by a fantastic HR team, resourceful mindset, and strong attention to detail required.
  • Some knowledge of employment law and regulations is helpful.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Proficiency with MS Office Suite: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint required. Previous experience with Dayforce HRIS system ideal.
