Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager leads our team in providing best-in-class, off-the-chart, rockstar-level service with hospitality for our Guests. By working with, training and coaching our Associates; the Hospitality Manager drives the highest level of service to ensure our Guests have the best time of their lives.

Annual Base Salary: From $58,000+ plus, based on experience. Position also includes competitive quarterly bonus structure, merit plan, full health benefits, 401K with company match, and a lucrative PTO package!

How'll You'll Do It

1. Set up and run hiring events to keep up with venue staffing needs.
2. Collaborate with department heads to identify specific training gaps or needs for hospitality staff.
3. Deliver engaging training programs for managers and associates.
4. Organization and inventory of training materials, manuals, and resources to support training initiatives.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making improvements as necessary.
6. Coordinate and schedule training sessions to ensure all staff receive proper training.
7. Monitor the performance and progress of trainees, providing coaching and additional support when required.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality training.

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership experience in the restaurant, F&B, entertainment, or similar industry.
• Proven experience as a manager in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent knowledge of hospitality principles, guest service, and etiquette.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is preferred.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop customized training solutions.
