Role Description

This is a full-time Key Account Manager role based in Meridian, ID with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for partial work from home. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key customer accounts, building lasting relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction with the company's facility services. Day-to-day tasks include account management, strategizing business plans, analyzing client needs, and delivering high-quality customer service to drive business growth and maintain strong partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Account Management and Key Accounts management
• Proven experience in Business Planning and Analytical Skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and a client-focused approach
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bi-Lingual a plus
