Living by these virtues, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and the highest quality of care.The Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is looking to hire a detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator to support the Provider Urgent Care Float Pool!Position Summary & Highlights:* The Program Coordinator will provide program support to the Provider Urgent Care float pool including scheduling, PTO, and timekeeping system oversite (UKG) for 30 providers and/or APPs who support 12 urgent care clinic locations across the Treasure Valley.* This position will work on-site on the Boise Regional Medical Center campus.* Get quick and convenient urgent care at Saint Alphonsus in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Star, and Fruitland. We provide same-day treatment for a variety of minor to moderate conditions.* Learn more about Saint Alphonsus Urgent Care locations here: You Will Do:* You will be responsible for coordinating with the clinic managers at the urgent care clinic locations and with two Lead APPS regarding provider staffing needs and work with the providers and APPs in the float pool regarding scheduling.* You will work closely with the 30 providers and/or APPs on their scheduling availability including support of PTO and timekeeping system (UKG) oversight.* This role will also help support provider scheduling for the Care on Demand and Mobile clinic.* You will also be overseeing upwards of 65+ providers who work as PRN at our urgent care locations, and manages the embedded providers schedule and PTO.* Execute on program administration with Service Line and operational directors and Medical Director in support of achieving timely and quality patient care and business development goals.* You will be responsible for program requirements being met; consistently meets quality standards and required timelines.* You will learn and support implementation across the health system with our new scheduling software, Qgenda.* Prepare and provide timely and accurate reports including data/outcomes for program, compliance, status, and other program service reports, as needed.* Cultivate and strengthen professional relationships through consistent contact and timely follow through.* Communicate program or staffing needs or concerns to Director(s) in a timely manner.* Contribute new ideas for content, workflow improvements and program efficiencies.* Investigate participant and employee complaints or concerns.* Act as a resource to staff, internal and external providers for information, guidance and tools.* Prepare and provide timely and accurate reports including data/outcomes for program, compliance, status, participant volumes and other program service reports, as needed.* Have a strong working knowledge of program compliance requirements and risk for areas of responsibility.* Demonstrate ability to be an effective member a diverse multidisciplinary team.Our ideal candidate will have:* Payroll and/or timekeeping system experience.* Knowledge of Saint Alphonsus outpatient clinic environment , protocols, and processes.* Strong computer skills including payroll and timekeeping system, and Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.* Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with colleagues, physicians, providers, including solid phone etiquette.* Solid organizational and prioritization skills including consistent and timely follow through.* Professionalism and self-initiative and are capable of contributing new ideas for content, workflow improvements, and program efficiencies.* You enjoy working in a team environment and independently as well. You also are adaptable and flexible to evolve with the program.Work Schedule:* This position will work 40 hours per week, Monday - Fridays, around the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm.Work Location:* Saint Alphonsus Medical Group Administrative Offices - 6140 W.
