We are looking for a responsible, adaptable and self-driven individual looking to grow in the manufacturing industry. The job functions include handling, packaging and loading/unloading glass panes that will be produced into dual pane windows, shower doors, table tops, mirrors, etc. Responsibilities may include: + Manage all receiving and loading operations, including scheduling of deliveries, unloading/loading of vehicles and maintaining route organization. + Ensure that all incoming shipments are accurately and promptly processed + Monitor route efficiency with emphasis on load value, route length, and frequency + Supervise and train receiving and loading staff + Monitor the accuracy of all receiving and shipping records, including inventory and stock levels + Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment + Identify and resolve receiving, shipping, and inventory discrepancies + Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and accurate operations + Oversight of vehicles maintaining proper documentation and preventative maintenance schedules + Develop and implement strategies to optimize receiving processes Requirements: + Relevant experience in receiving and inventory management + Knowledge of warehouse procedures and equipment + Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks + Ability to safely lift 50-75 pounds + Must be able to read a tape measure down to 1/8' + Ability to physically stand for 8 hours per day + Ability to complete simple computer task + Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate in English + Background Check/Drug Screen Qualifications: + Must be 18 years or older + High School Diploma or equivalent + Authorized to work in the US Job Type: Full-time To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
