Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and employees by following site-specific policies, screening procedures, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Screen employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries for authorized access using access control systems, visitor management processes, and badge and/or credential verification; Monitor entry points and screening equipment, document screening results as required, and report unusual activity or policy violations to site leadership; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating communication and assisting with incident documentation; Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, labs, production areas, and perimeter locations, noting hazards and/or maintenance concerns and reporting them through the appropriate channels
