Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Screen employees, contractors, and visitors at entry points by verifying identification, confirming authorization, and directing individuals to the appropriate check-in process; Monitor access control points and surveillance systems for unusual activity, escalating concerns through established communication and reporting channels; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or emergency services as directed by post orders; Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports, and assist with enforcing site rules that help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior; Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies
