Job Description:
The Data Analyst supports internal communications analytics by collecting, analyzing, and translating data into actionable insights that help improve adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of internal communication platforms.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Analyze usage and engagement data from internal communication platforms and analytics tools.
  
• Extract, clean, and organize datasets using SQL and analytics platforms.
  
• Build reports and dashboards to track adoption and engagement metrics across multiple locations.
  
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities within data sets.
  
• Translate complex data findings into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  
• Automate reporting processes within Excel or analytics tools.
  
• Support rollout tracking and measurement of a large-scale internal communications platform implementation.
  
• Create presentations and reporting materials to communicate findings to business stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
  

• Must-Haves:
  
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data with SQL and analytics platforms.
    
  • Experience building dashboards and reports.
    
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, automation).
    
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
    
  • Ability to translate data into actionable written and verbal insights.
    
  • Experience working with multiple data sources and resolving discrepancies.
    
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
    
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar).
    
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with APIs and integrating multiple data sources.
  • Experience analyzing adoption or engagement metrics for digital platforms or apps.
  • Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, technology, or agency environments.
