Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with Zone Directors to craft efficient calling strategies for optimal territory coverage and sales success.
Identify and cultivate new customer relationships within health systems, hospitals, and outpatient markets to drive equipment and service sales.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products.
Implement targeted selling strategies with individual health systems, hospitals, and imaging centers to enhance our market presence.
Work closely with Sales Operations to provide timely quotes for new equipment and options.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and clinical presentations for prospective and existing clients alongside Product Specialists.
Partner with the Marketing Department to develop impactful business plans and market assessments for client presentations.
Commit to continuous learning about Fujifilm products and healthcare technology to better serve our customers.
Provide accurate feedback on market trends, competitive products, and pricing.
Utilize Salesforce/CRM systems for timely reporting of all account activities, ensuring collaboration with Field Sales Coordinator.
Assist with the collection of accounts receivable, renewal of service contracts, and resolution of any product performance issues.
Stay informed on industry trends and developments to remain competitive.
Attend relevant trade shows and conventions to generate sales leads and foster new relationships.
Adhere to all FDA regulations and quality standards for medical devices.
Comply with vendor credentialing requirements to access hospitals and perform job duties effectively.
Qualifications
Experience:
4+ years of sales experience is preferred.
Educational Requirements:
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communication, Life Sciences, or a related field is required.
Special Skills and Other Job Requirements:
Extensive travel within the designated territory is required.
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
Exceptional sales skills with a focus on customer needs, along with strong presentation abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders including C-Level executives, Radiology Managers, and Technicians.
Proven ability to build long-lasting business relationships and effective problem-solving skills.
Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and organizing necessary work to achieve success.
Enthusiastic about teamwork and committed to achieving high levels of customer service.
Capable of maintaining required reports related to sales activities and expenses.
Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements
Work primarily in an office and clinical environment.
Ability to sit, talk, hear, and use manual dexterity for operating PC systems.
Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.
Travel
Willingness to travel up to 100% as necessary; full territory travel will encompass locations in Texas.
