Elwood Staffing - - Responsibilities: Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on electrical, electronic, pneumatic, mechanical, and networked control systems; Conduct inspections, testing, calibrations, and adjustments to maintain process instrumentation accuracy and control system performance; Monitor production and control equipment for proper operation, safety; identify abnormal conditions; Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues using multimeters, meggers, schematics, and ladder logic; Lead and train Level 1 and Level 2 technicians in welding, electrical, and other skilled disciplines; demonstrate effective leadership, communication, and teamwork
