Requirements
Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system.
Microsoft Excel experience.
Reach out to employees via phone and email to obtain timesheet approvals.
Administer instruction/training to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.
Conduct clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc.
Devise a system of administering and distributing reports.
Construct and run custom reports.
Fill in data into spreadsheets and the payroll system.
Skillful in learning new processes and systems.
Outstanding data entry skills
Quality experience with Payroll Tax Deposits
Practical knowledge of IRS W-2 Forms
Wide ranging experience with Expense Reimbursements
Payroll Tax Returns experience preferred.
General familiarity with Form 1099
Solid understanding of Multi-state Payroll
Proficiency in payroll for under 100 employees
Well-founded grasp of Weekly Payroll
Earlier work involving union payroll.
Knowledge of garnishments payroll
Process Payroll experience
Proven knowledge of semi-Monthly Payrolls
Previous payroll experience
Strong time management and organizational skills
Payroll software experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
