Position Summary

As a Dietitian, you will deliver comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to diverse patient populations. Your focus will be on providing high-quality, evidence-based nutrition care while developing a wide range of clinical expertise and counseling skills. At Sensibly Sprouted, you will enhance your clinical practice through impactful patient outcomes, ample professional development opportunities, and collaboration within a supportive team.

This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to a Lead Dietitian. You will manage a full patient schedule, document care in our EMR, and engage in professional development to support both patient success and your career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy tailored to diverse patient populations.
• Develop personalized care plans and utilize motivational interviewing techniques to enhance patient engagement.
• Ensure timely documentation of patient care and follow-up tasks in Healthie (EMR) in alignment with patient outcomes and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and care team members to ensure seamless patient support.
• Participate in continuous professional development to strengthen your skills and bolster career progression.

Required Competencies

• Advanced clinical judgment and autonomy in managing a variety of patient cases.
• Strong communication and counseling skills for building rapport and fostering long-term patient relationships.
• Proficient in internal systems including Healthie (EMR), Hive (task management), and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable in a Mac-based environment with solid general computer literacy.
• Ability to balance patient care, administrative responsibilities, and professional growth with professionalism and adaptability.
• Alignment with Sensibly Sprouted's mission, vision, and core values.

Credentials and Experience

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential is required.
• Licensure is required.
• Outpatient MNT experience is preferred, although motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
