Your Responsibilities

  • Build strong, trustworthy relationships with Cleo customers through insightful education and expert advice.

  • Lead the sales process from initial lead generation to the successful closing of deals.

  • Collect client feedback and refine messaging to enhance our sales strategies.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and finalize sales agreements.

  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Account Managers to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements and budgets.

  • Effectively negotiate terms, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

  • Monitor and report on client program progress with Cleo, maintaining transparency and communication.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.

  • Previous experience in SDR, BDR, or inside sales roles is preferred.

  • Familiarity with EDI in the B2B SaaS sector is essential.

  • Willingness to travel 30% to 40% of the time.

  • A strong desire to excel in outside sales.

  • Effective communication skills in person, over the phone, and online.

  • A positive mindset with a commitment to personal and professional growth.

  • Ambition and motivation to achieve outstanding sales results.
