Compensation Overview
Your potential earnings in the first year could range from $53,000 to $90,000, dependent on your performance. Our compensation package varies by agency but includes uncapped commissions for new business and renewals. Renewal commissions allow for passive income growth, and top performers will have the chance to qualify for an exclusive annual President's Club trip.
