Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Executive in the Public Sector at Indeed, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations optimize their recruitment strategies online. You will promote our cutting-edge job search technology to state, local, and educational organizations, demonstrating how our products can enhance their productivity, collaboration, and flexibility. Your ability to connect and learn from others will empower more organizations to hire the right talent effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong account relationships while closing sales effectively.
  • Analyze trends and provide insightful monthly analytics reports to clients.
  • Identify and pursue potential revenue opportunities through cold calling and establish a solid sales pipeline to meet quotas.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations over the phone and via webinars.
  • Foster connections through phone, email, social media, and professional networking.
  • Drive sales growth by marketing Indeed's solutions to SLED employers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years in a sales role.
  • Proactive in outreach (cold calling) and educating clients, with confidence in building new relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, paired with a knack for delivering captivating presentations.
  • Data-driven with a self-motivated approach to work.
  • Ability to grasp and apply new concepts swiftly.
  • Current membership in the Sales Organization is required.
  • Eligibility limited to specific job profiles: 90108- Senior Account Executive, 92244- Senior Account Executive.

Salary Range Transparency

The salary range for this position varies based on your location and experience. The ranges are as follows:

  • US Remote: 23.08-31.25
  • Austin: 23.08-31.25
  • NYC Metro Area: 25.48-34.62
  • Scottsdale Metro Area: 21.63-28.85
  • Seattle Metro Area: 24.04-35.58
  • San Francisco Metro Area: 27.40-37.50
