A company is looking for a Builder Operations Manager who will oversee the New Homes project pipeline and enhance operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with project managers to ensure project fulfillment from release to final inspectionAct as a liaison to streamline communication between project teams, builders, and installation partnersMonitor project flow, identify issues, and provide actionable insights to enhance performanceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferredMinimum of 3 years of project management or coordination experience in a fast-paced environmentExperience in solar and/or production building is highly desirableProficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle experience is a plusStrong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
