Where and when you'll work:
You will work onsite at Liberty's office at 8850 Emerald Street in Boise, nearby the Boise Towne Square Mall. You will enjoy a collegial and professional office environment and work alongside a team of caring and compassionate health and human service professionals.
You have the option to work either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, Monday through Friday during daytime hours.

What are the responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator?
- Engaging in productive phone conversations with people who have developmental disabilities as well as their families and other stakeholders
- Scheduling in-home client assessments
- Using mapping and scheduling software to optimize appointment scheduling efficiency and effectiveness
- Answering questions and addressing concerns
- Conveying information about available human services, how to apply for services, and the timeframe for receiving services
- Documenting details from phone conversations in a computer system
- $18.00 to $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- 30 days of paid time off each year for holidays, vacation, sick leave, and personal days

- Positive and optimistic attitude
- Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help others
- Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills
- Patience, empathy and great active listening skills
- Computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, call center work, or a healthcare/human service role
- Bilingual or conversational Spanish speaking skills aren't required but are highly valued
- Priority consideration given to applicants with professional or personal experience supporting people who have disabilities
