Are you an experienced property and casualty insurance professional looking to serve the public by answering questions and investigating complaints regarding property and casualty insurance?
The Idaho Department of Insurance (DOI)is seeking a Consumer Affairs Officer with property and casualty insurance experience to provide customer service to the public. The ideal candidate will be customer service focused and have experience helping consumers with auto and home questions and issues. The selected candidate will receive training on property and casualty regulation as well as support from an experienced team (Consumer Affairs section).
The ideal candidate will also be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. This position requires experience manipulating computer databases to store, retrieve, compile, and analyze data as well as experience with word processing programs.
