As the Director of Consumer Products, you will take ownership of Fidium's residential and small business product portfolio. You will lead an exceptional team of product managers and collaborate with marketers, engineers, financial analysts, and sales leaders. Your goal will be to continuously enhance our products to meet the evolving needs of users. Together with your cross-functional team, you will define, deliver, and refine products that provide the speed, simplicity, and reliability required to become a trusted resource for accessing the internet's vast benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Growth, Base Management, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to identify and document customer and end-user needs.
• Lead with data, utilizing quantitative and qualitative insights to drive decision-making and align recommendations with business objectives.
• Establish and advocate for an inspiring multi-year roadmap for consumer and SMB products to address unmet customer needs.
• Set and monitor key product performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Work within cross-functional teams to identify and specify innovative solutions that are easy to use, feasible, and beneficial to the business.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to guide strategic direction.
• Partner with marketing to effectively communicate the product story to the market.
• Validate new ideas and product features using collaborative testing and best practices.
• Work with financial planning and analysis to ensure a strong return on product investments.
• Maintain transparency across the organization regarding product discovery and delivery processes.
• Act as a product evangelist within the Fidium community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of product management experience, particularly in consumer internet and voice products.
• Proven experience with a variety of telecom technologies, especially fiber broadband.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
• Strong background in developing product strategies and leading high-performance teams.
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality products that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Proven track record of executing strategic roadmaps effectively.
• Thorough understanding of the product and technology development lifecycle.

Salary:

Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 annually, commensurate with skills and experience.
