Your Opportunity
As a Content Development Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Proprietary Content team in creating and maintaining high-quality reference content for libraries within academic, public, and school settings. This position offers you the chance to engage in various projects that enhance editorial and operational workflows, contributing to our content maintenance goals.
This is a remote position available to applicants within the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories).
What You'll Do
Primary Responsibilities
Execute projects aimed at improving content quality.
Identify, suggest, and implement process enhancements.
Ensure precision in content and metadata across management systems.
Update existing content to adhere to editorial and style guides.
Engage actively in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Your Team
You will become part of the Proprietary Content team, a collaborative group of about 10 professionals, alongside the broader Content Search and Operations organization. About You
Strong research and language skills, particularly in grammar, editing, and writing.
Experience in writing or editing environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.

Relevant undergraduate field of study: English, Communications, Journalism, Liberal Arts, or a related discipline.
Pay Range
USD $20.00 - USD $26.00 / hour.
The actual salary offer will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of your skills, qualifications, education, training, and relevant experience.
