Job Details

A pressure washer technician operates high-pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces like buildings, sidewalks, and car washes. Key duties include operating machinery safely, using cleaning chemicals, performing routine maintenance on equipment, and ensuring assigned stores are clean and safe.

Shift: Full-time, hourly - Schedule is 4/10s or 5/8s.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Safely and effectively use pressure washing equipment on a variety of surfaces.
• Apply detergents or chemicals as needed and remove dirt, debris, and grime from surfaces. During the winter months: 1. Pressure wash the car washes as weather permits. 2. Various inside painting and wall repairs.
• Conduct daily checks on equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and keep tools and equipment in good repair.
• Follow company safety procedures, company biosecurity protocols, and relevant industry standards, which may include OSHA regulations.
• Communicate with store managers to ensure satisfaction.
• Load and unload equipment, drive company vehicles to job sites, and ensure sufficient water supply for each job.
• Scheduling: Will be responsible for scheduling the pressure washing.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous experience is preferred; provide training.
• Current Driver License and clean driving record are required.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and have the physical stamina to lift heavy equipment.
• Ability to operate pressure washing equipment and understand how to use different cleaning agents and settings.
• Strong commitment to following all safety guidelines.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and reliability are important.
