Clinical Supervisor:

Developmental Concepts is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor who is interested in providing direct care for individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate would have experience in behavioral issues. The candidate will provide direct intervention for the child in school, community, and home-based settings with knowledge of ACT-P, Implementation Plans, Vineland and Telligen.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one intervention or support services to a child or adolescent with a developmental disability in accordance with the plan for treatment.
• Maintain communication and collaboration with participant's families, physicians, and officials creating a plan of service for each individual assigned to the caseload.
• Provides face-to-face supervision with DDA staff.
• Conduct staff meetings and training.
• Provides observations and review of direct services by all paraprofessionals.
• Review weekly paperwork regarding assigned caseload, verification of accuracy.
• Collect data/document service requirements on a daily basis.
• Evaluate the progress of each individual participant and implement new interventions as necessary to meet individuals' needs based on current skill level.
• Understand, implement and follow rules set forth by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
• Must complete annual training requirements, as determined by DCI's Policies and Procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a human service field, Master's preferred.
• Demonstrates competency in writing programs, data, writing, and completing assessments.
• Documentation of one year's experience working with the population served.
• Have their own reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal history background check.
• Must provide or obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
