If you are a GO-GETTER, we are looking for you. If you are a quick learner and work hard, you will be given more responsibilities and pay increases. If you are 17 or older, you must be willing to work at least 15 hours per week.

Results are fast, duplicatable and can be replicated for our times of day:

- AM: Prepare - Prep, stock, and be rush ready

- MID: Execute - 100% guest facing, make their day better, restock & prep after rush

- PM: Reset - Continue restock & prep, complete closing cleaning list

If you take pride in sanitization and cleanliness then welcome home.

Our Top Contributors dominate their shifts by taking responsibility to:

- Greet guests

- Assist and promote the menu

- Serve others

- Execute quickly and cleanly

Our Top Contributors also dominate by:

- Solving problems

- Constantly staying busy with restocking, cleaning and organizing
