PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities: Engage with every customer and provide world-class service.; Execute all Club Services (re-gripping, re-shafting, loft & lie measurements/adjustments).; Handle front-end operations (returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, coupons).; Maintain a premiere stock/merchandising presence to drive sales and customer experience.; Document repair orders, track progress, and maintain records of services performed.
