Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a technology location.; Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries at designated entry points using approved screening methods and access control processes, and direct individuals to proper check-in locations.; Verify identification, credentials, and visitor authorization, issue temporary badges as directed, and maintain accurate access logs and reports per site requirements.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, entrances, loading docks, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions, documenting observations per procedure.
