Position Purpose

You will act as the sole coordinator of the LONG warehouse. By running the warehouse in an organized and efficient manner, you will be ensuring that our Project Managers and Technicians are able to do their jobs effectively and profitably on a daily basis.

Pay range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hr. plus potential profit share.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties or tasks assigned as required.   • Develop and maintain warehouse organization and inventory processes.
  • Manage inventory control, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipments, transferring; document recording and data entry into system
  • Assist in maintaining proper inventory stock levels
  • Maintain the tools database including tracking of tools
  • Track and document the safety gear, including fall restraint and ArcFlash equipment
  • Assist Purchasing when necessary
  • Coordinate all required service and repair of service vehicles and maintain maintenance log for Branch vehicles
  • Deliver equipment and parts to technicians on job sites, and or negotiated shipping as needed
  • Facility Maintenance; interior and exterior
  • Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service
  • Facilitate periodic inventory counts of warehouse including van
  • Offer general support for the entire Branch/Company on parts issues and warehouse needs
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Computer literacy, including working experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to maintain and exemplify safety standards

Ability to legally drive a company vehicle.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and willingness to accept responsibility and accountability.

Possess effective communication (written and verbal), and computer skills.

Possess good organizational and planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

HVAC/warehouse experience

Certified operation of a Forklift
