Are you a NetSuite "super-user" who enjoys helping teams turn software confusion into operational clarity? We are looking for a Project Accountant to join us for a 2-to-3-month engagement.

Our client has implemented NetSuite but needs another expert to help them "cross the finish line." Your primary focus will be optimizing the Fixed Assets and Inventory modules, ensuring the internal team is comfortable, the data is accurate, and the workflows are sustainable. This role predominately works from home and is expected to last between 2 -3 months.

salary: $33 - $36 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Deep dive into the NetSuite Fixed Assets and Inventory modules to ensure configuration aligns with accounting best practices
• Establish and document clear workflows for asset depreciation, disposals, inventory reconciliation, and COGS mapping
• Act as a "Functional Coach" for the internal accounting team, providing 1-on-1 sessions
• Review existing entries in NetSuite to ensure historical data accuracy and perform "clean-up" where necessary
• Resolve immediate pain points regarding reporting, period-end close processes, and inventory sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliations
