MasTec - - Responsibilities: Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and welding symbols to perform tasks; Perform GTAW, SMAW, FACW, GMAW welding as required; Field install welds including structural; duct work; hoppers; bag houses; attachment points for Electricians, Ironworkers, and Pipefitters; Prepare welding surfaces per welding procedure to achieve proper joint detail; Assist pipe fitters pulling measurements to prep work area, help prep material to weld and install, as well as any other task needed to complete job
