CRH - - Responsibilities: Safely operate and maintain various types of asphalt paving equipment as needed; Provide a quality product, meeting required thickness, compaction, smoothness, drainage, and quality workmanship; Supervising and coordinating crew activities, reviewing production schedules, and estimating work requirements to meet or enhance the estimate; Inspect days work for Quality (NO Birdbaths, Rock Pockets, Roller Marks); Train and mentor new crew members
