We are seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager to strengthen our CFO organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed analysis and actionable insights from data to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
• Break down complex messages clearly to emphasize critical points and tell the compelling story that supports the data.
• Enhance the firm's financial strategy through forward-looking analysis, planning, and forecasting, focusing on fiscal year projections and medium-term strategies.
• Engage with finance and business stakeholders, supplying financial insights and maintaining an independent perspective.
• Promote collaborative environments that blend human talent and technology, including AI, while addressing barriers to team performance and fostering continuous skill development.
• Uphold KPMG's professional work environment with integrity, respect, and accountability.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years of relevant finance and accounting experience in a professional services setting is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on proactive and results-driven approaches.
• Adept at thriving in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
